The platform

One source of truth from registration through game review.

HVZ Game separates each job into the right interface while keeping the underlying organization, game, player, and activity data connected.

A connected set of mobile, web, and field operations tools
01

Player and field staff

Mobile tools for the decisions happening now.

The player experience keeps identity, faction, team, score, objectives, chat, maps, documents, and game activity close at hand. Staff tools prioritize quick check-ins, scans, announcements, reviews, reports, and player mediation during the game.

Desktop administration

Deeper control without crowding the field tools.

The web portal is designed for configuration and review: players, teams, registration sessions, communications, documents, maps, inventory, approvals, game history, organization settings, public content, and operational analytics.

Public information

A clear front door for each organization.

Organization websites publish the information a prospective player should be able to find without an account: game dates, registration instructions, information sessions, current rules, staff contacts, and a practical introduction to HVZ.

Shared services

The infrastructure behind the visible interfaces.

Authentication, permissions, push notifications, photo review, media storage, audit history, live game state, wallet passes, and engagement signals support the experience without exposing protected operational data to the public site.

Designed for real operations

Use the system your game needs—not a forced template.

Organizations still own local approvals, rules, staffing, and risk decisions. The platform provides structure, consistent records, and configurable tools that help those decisions remain visible to the people responsible for them.

The current mobile experience is iOS-first. The data and web layers are designed so additional client platforms can use the same organization and game model over time.
