Mobile experience
The mobile app keeps the live game close without shrinking the entire admin portal onto a phone. Players see their current experience; staff get focused tools for check-in, communication, review, and intervention.

System-level experience
Notifications can deliver relevant approvals, denials, announcements, and game updates. Live Activities and Apple Wallet support can keep timely player information accessible when configured for the active game.
Product approach
Faction, identity, next objective, and new communication should not be buried.
Loading, refresh, offline, and server failures should explain what happened and offer a clear next action.
Players, moderators, and administrators see tools appropriate to their organization and game role.
Engagement and operational signals should help organizers improve the game without becoming surveillance.
Current direction
The current player and staff mobile experience is being developed for iOS. Organization, game, player, communication, and activity data are modeled as shared services so future clients do not need a separate operating system or data silo.
